Do they need to be perfectly profiled like that or can they be more 'rustic' like roof shingles? Either way we may be able to sort something. I'll give you a tinkle later today.

Interesting stuff, going to try that with some salmon in the oven on some cedar and apply offcuts iv got hanging around, looks like it could be a good craft fair addition to the stand ;-)

I think you soak them before every use on the barbie. There's also someone on ebay selling a massive Oak version for use as a roasting tray.

Sorry no, they would need to be like in the picture. Straight edges and all that. I'm sure it would work on yours though.
