I had traffic lights the other day, £500 deposit and £500 for the day. it was 50 mph.

I also had to up my insurance to 10 million. as I found out each local authority has different requirements.

2 good lads on stop and go signs, some cones and some tree cutting signs:001_smile:

could you drag bigger bits up lane or driveway on the right and process there? power lines look insulated, but look for old rub places.

good luck.:thumbup1:

Can't make out the power cable in the picture, but will you need the relevant authorisation to be working near it?

Runs from the top right hand corner of the picture strait through the more upright crown . looks like a fat phone cable but would not like to bet my life on it :001_smile:

Picture might be deceiving, but it really only looks about a 50ft tree, and about an hours climbing regardless of telephone cable? Also looks to be a drive way right there to drag stuff to. I don't think your initial estimate is far out assuming you don't need to get in professional TM, and that of course depends on how busy that road is.

I would go with your gut instinct, none of us have been there and we all know how deceiving a picture can be at times. Don't do it cheap, you know your setup and where you can of load chip etc. if your unsure put another £200 on it and if you get it bonus. I walked away from many jobs I didn't think I'd get, and they ring you back with the go ahead.

I dont know the road or how busy it is. But if its a quiet back road as it looks, i would put some signs and cones out. 2 men/women half day, cut and chuck the lot. £400ish.

Sorted that for you ;)

I'm pretty in experienced but if the road wasn't too busy I would have a couple of people running stop/go with the relevant signs/cones a groundy and a climber (me) and would put £600 on it for a steady days work
