Just got one of these [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/Olight-H15S-Wave-Head-Torch/dp/B00F9KM5YA]Olight H15S Wave Head Torch - Black - One Size: Amazon.co.uk: Sports & Outdoors[/ame]

Realy nice amount of light for sorting a few bits and bobs out around the yard. You can get way more power with some models but found 250 lumens more than enough for most stuff. Got a 1000 lumens beasty but it's clumsy thing to wear and not used it much since buying the Olight.

Hi Jon,

I got a Fenix TK 75 from Led Fire Torches Welcome to LED Fire Torches | ledfiretorches.co.uk, excellent torch very powerful with 4 power levels, they have a good selection and are a good business to deal with, very helpful.

Mine takes 4 * 18650 Li-ioN batteries, get some decent ones for long life & a good 'intelligent' charger ie NiteCore as cheap chargers can damage batteries & cause problems.

For bright area, have a gander at the Unilite 'Prosafe' range: http://www.uni-lite.com/ .

The PS-P1 is a 3x AAA handy lightweight pocketable bright light. Has a strong strip magnet built into the clip, so the torch on a vertical surface, can be swivel through 180° and will fill a room with light.

The PS-IL1 is a rechargeable, (from mains or car lighter) bright area light but has a greater light arc than the PS-P1. It has a built-in hanging hook, which doubles as an angled support, can be clipped to a belt, plus it has 3 small but strong magnets moulded into the back and will fill a small garden with light.
