Leaving Main line up a tree

Do people leave ropes up trees to carry on next morn? I have pollarded every thing around me and left with a few lateral bottom branches and the main stem I'm anchored into. I haven't left many anchor points below so it's gunna take a 1/100 throw bag shot. The site is safe by the way. Cheeers

Yeh I do all the time just leave the ends of your rope in the bowl of the tree out of reach and take your hitch/ gadget off :)

I have done, but try not to.

Pugged up in a crotch, as said.

Throwline is a lot better.

Nowt worse than climbing on a wet rope on a fine day because it got drenched overnight.

Actually, there are a lot of worse things, but you know what I mean.
