    This is our tree tent, had a day off so went climbing and took it with us into an ancient oak wood. The manual recommends 1.2m above ground level!

    Yeah the charcoal like fruit bodies were spotted right at the base of the tree, really hard to spot mind you, they are tiny

    After a really hard days work I get home and have a big glass of sintha 6 with whole milk. I feel it does help with the ache the next day, but I could just be a sucker for placebos and strawberry milkshakes. I do a lot of rock climbing, which helps core and flexibility I think too.

    Had an l200 new shape 06 from 68,000 to 93,000 (now) no problems, had new tyres and cambelt done but this the same on all vehicles
