Sod all on main draw but won £1500 on a scratch card in March. Only second one I'd ever bought. Won't be buying another one. Had my luck.

My big brothers neighbours won about £270k about 15 years back.

Nice folks, but it affected the way people treated them.

They chose to stay in their modest house, people slagged them off for that.

Had a few £10 s and a £70 for 4 numbers.

Workmate forgot to tell his wife to put lottery on so went and put them on himself, his wife remembered to put them on too, they had 2 winning tickets worth £1500

only won the odd £10er on the main lottery so tryed the Irish lottery won on the second week £611.00 for 3 numbers:thumbup:

I do the thunderball since the lottery went up to £2 and I occasionally have a go on euro when it gets stupidly high. The other week I won £5.10 on the euro and £5 on the thunderball, it didn't change my lifestyle one bit. I once got 4 numbers on the lottery and it only made £12 that week.

Irish lottery, had much more luck with just two numbers. A few £50's

ok your not going to win a million but for 3 numbers it used to be £400 and something (£475 rings a bell)

If your meant to win you will is the way I look at it, dont do it now :-)

4 of us won Thunderball Jackpot in 2004, £250k, I used my share to buy a tipper and a chipper and get set up in this game. I always say to people who moan about the lottery that you gotta be in it to win it!

Personally would not tell a soul if I won. Not interested in flash cars, bling etc and like my house so not sure what I would do with it, but I am sure it would not go to waste.

 

Very first ticket I had got 4 numbers, but only £46. First couple of years if I didnt win a tenner every Friday there was something wrong, but not much since

As Hodge says, got to be in it to win it so best I remember to actually buy a ticket sometime
