Do they do any good to help with vibration issues? I cant see it gets cold enough in this country to justify them but what do you think?:confused1:

Looking at a new 661 and wondered if there was any good reason for spending the extra?

They keep your hands warm, which keeps the blood near the surface, and sometimes it does get cold enough, remember 2008, 2009 and 2010? -15!

i would say go for it in terms of pure cold no we rarely get that cold in this country but where they are perfect is the pouring rain as they will keep ur hands warm and *my gloves are quite thin gloves dry too.

I quite like heated handles on wet days, but find that unless it's really cold they get too hot to use all day.

I dont know if they help with the vibration or not, but if anything find my hands more tingly after using them than I do without.

I wouldn't be without them now.

Not so much for extreme cold, more for the miserable sleety days that we seem to get more often now rather than proper cold.

Cost wise they will pay for themselves by working for a couple of hours when you would have sacked it without them.
