Lord amstrong, think of him as an old fashiond iron man if you've seen the film :laugh1:

First house in the world to be powered by hydro electricity he invented many hydraulic items such as the swing bridge in Newcastle also referring to my iron man comment he was an arms dealer he's factor is still going under the name of Vikers which is based in newcastle on the Tyne.

Sorry to bore you with carp I live up here so I find it a bit interesting :thumbup:

My thoughts exactly.

 

Had a roaring fire going of softwood offcuts, goat willow and pine. Stuck a large bit of ash on there and now its just smouldering!

 

We should all be burning soft wood with our hardwoods its had such a bad repratation for being a poor quality firewood . some softwoods are harder than hardwoods. Use them together and your quids in:thumbup:
