Also have the Wilkinson Sword metal spring tine for gravel and rough stuff. 15 year guarantee again!

 

As Geoff said, plastic for fine lawns etc.

 

And my wife has just confirmed that we are indeed beyond sad.

 

My Mrs too has said that she thinks we all need to get lives, I said well you know i loved tree work when you met me, She said thats fine but your talking about rakes for gods sake!!! haha

Are you guys on about the Bulldog Premier plastic rake we do these for £10.11+ VAT. If its not this one can you let me know the one you guys use as I'll start to stock if its popular.:001_smile:

 

we buy one every year in the show off you jonesie, we find them brilliant but as skyhuck says they wear down fast on tar or concrete

I got a deal on the wolf garten metal spring tine....they were £9 each at ernest doe in essex and are not like a spring bock. they have the feel of a plastic rake but with wide metal tines....have bought 2 of these and very impressed, they work well on grass and tarmac and havnt worn down at all yet :001_smile:

Always take two with me; a clog free one - hard to find; only two online sources as far as I could determine - but good for the coarser stuff. And a standard plastic tine one for lawns, drives etc. Gravel drive? Rake gently then fetch the blower.

Its the same make I use from e doe, plastic and steel, replaceable heads.
