If it makes you feel better I waited a long time before being able to purchase a precision piece of kit. Metabo kit is normally pretty good to be fair

Tbh, I really like metabo gear, have a lot of battery stuff for site work and have a metabo bench saw and planer thicknesser. It's just the fence on the bench saw that's not too brilliant.

My metabo 6” angle grinder is simply fantastic. Mind you, it wants to be for £220!

I went for a Felder universal. Its a small workshop so it seemed the best option for accurate in a tight space
