Not so good from me. A set of their replacement blades shattered on our danequip , they asked for what was left of them back for inspection and I never heard back. I also asked for a new set for a timberwolf and for a set to be collected for sharpening because I was not about to sharpen them myself , new ones turned up but they never collected the old ones despite several reminders and taking payment. They are off the Christmas card list.

Never had a problem with Saturn blades but I did once have a set from a main dealer fail at first contact with a bit of wood.

Seems to be a bit of a mixed view on them. Customer service does not sound ideal, see how it goes tomorrow when I call them.

 

Not looking to scrimp, just save money. Patent or copy parts can be worse, as good and sometimes better than genuine.

Just waiting to get a price of a local machining company to make me another set of knifes out of a8 tool steel, shattered knifes could be a to hard or wrongly heat treated steel?.

I got a set from them and had no problems. They pick up my blades no problem- not quite the 3 day turn around like quoted, more like a week, but I am happy
