Nice tree and a nice MEWP! Yeah, sure does save a lot of climbing, they can be awkward to climb at the best of times with the weeping habit of their branches.

I used a 30m to take down a 120ft lime years ago.

 

I put the mewp straight up in the air with a "brisk" wind and it was a test of the sphinkter muscles to say the least.

 

When you look dow at the footprint of the machine it's hard to comprehend how they remain upright

Platforms are the devils work there just not natural, i'de rather be in the tree anyday.
