Hmmm,

nominal 3' dia, say 900mm

put a slightly longer bar on the 026, rather than the 400mm she bes sporting.

An bobs yer uncle.

though depending on the lay of the tree, the 400mm bar might hack it.

With a gob the full depth of the bar.

Leaving 100mm of a hinge in the middle 1/3 (width wise) of the tree.

PS

Men with small(er) tools can still deliver.

ummm,

would pay to watch someone milling that with an 026 :laugh1:
