Dodgey kit on Arbtrader

I'm sure others have noticed the JD 2850 on Arbtrader, I've seen a lot of these kind of things on Ebay but not anywhere else, seems strange to have made it onto here:confused1:. I sent a message asking about the tractor and got this response:

 

"It's still for sale. Immaculate condition, no damages, nothing to worry about. All necessary documents are available. My current location is Scotland, due to my work commitments. If this is going to be a quick sale, I will let it go for £4,150 delivered at my costs. Are you familiar to eBay? I will list the tractor on eBay Motors for £4,150 buy it now price and I will send you the link of my listing, so you can buy it immediate.

As soon as you will secure the funds to eBay, the delivery willl begin and the tractor will be delivered to you in max. 48 hours.

It is a scam. I saw an avant loader on scumtree, and I contacted the buyer. He sent me the same response word for word, about a year ago

I've seen lathes and vertical mills being sold on other forums with exactly the same wording and they are all in Scotland to put you off going to look at them or the seller claims to be working on rigs so can't show it.

i think everything of any interest on ebay is in scotland especially up north in the not so easy to reach places

I am sick of the ammount of dodgy adds there are, currently trying to get a replacement for my stolen kh61 but will probably go to a dealer rather than bother trawling the adds and fishing out the fraudulant listings.

Thought it looked a bit doggy as it said 1975 and the 50 series didn't come out till the mid 80s. Seemed a bit cheap as well.
