I would really like a 2.5 but seeing this one in the flesh it seems.quite large.... Leaning towards the 1.8t

Also now considering new ... Used are between 11-16k depending on hours and age and a new one only a smidge more!

Look at the 219 it’s between the two got one on hire can’t fault it just more power and reach than 1.8 for same size nearly

A mate of mine has a tb215r on just over 500 hours, I've had it on hire a couple of times, its absolutely fantastic. So smooth and powerful(although of course the low hours helping!) He's had hire customers ask what size it is as it digs like a 2.5!

if the 217 is the same but a little bigger it must be great 👍

Put the bigger size machine next to it and there is a big jump in size.

What flow is required for a flail on one of these diggers? the 216 or 7 only has 30lpm.... thought want great

Don’t get a TB216. I have one, does the job but has some pretty undesirable attributes- sloppy slew from new, not the greatest breakout force. Very stable machine though for size, but aux hydraulics are controlled by a foot pedal- not ideal.
