Your scariest climb?

Just happened an hour ago.

I was up a twin stemmed Lawsons which both stems had twisted around each other, corkscrew style.

I was cutting the growth out the top when suddenly the 'corkscrew' untwisted and I only had my lanyard on one stem!

I thought I was heading down pronto but luckily I was also tied into the adjacent bigger tree.

Scary though.

Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!

This tree scared the crap out of me twice. Pruning it and taking the thing down

Thats a great video Gibbon. Looked a bit hairy.

Saw you were looking for a trainee a while ago, if circumstances were different it would have been a great opportunity!

Is that Chris Cornell/Audioslave/Sound Garden?

Few sketchy ones now and then. The most sketchy have been the ones that have had no body language that I or people with far more knowledge than I have have not detected and have still withstood rigging forces and crain offs.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing when things go well..

I'm sure a more attention on vta and education will go a long way in resolving my problem though..
