Nice one thanks! Looks reasonable healthy at the moment!

Sorry to the OP if this is considered a hijack of the thread.

I shall cease and desist now that Eddy T has kindly sated my appetite!

 

I wouldn't say it's a hijack, I've provided pics for ID of 3 'common' 'sequoia' species

It's almost as if google never existed.

 

I don't think Le Sanglier has done a great deal wrong here, in fact I think it is a fair comment. There does seem to be an awful lot of misunderstanding on this subject. What is not helping is people are mixing the Latin name with the English name in the same sentence.
