Its the same here....find it really hard to find youngsters who don't expect to be earning top money from day one and for doing sweet F all!!

I've started thinking they must all be gay the amount of time the spend staring at me while I'm working my C@#k off!!

Had to tell one lad to go last week.....I was 2hours into the job sweating up the tree, my groundie was sweating logging up and cutting the brash out and he came back from the chipper putting his coat on saying he was abit chilly.....abit chilly if I wasn't up the tree I'd of throttled the bleeping little S@#T!!!

Do you account for jogging in the RA?

 

Seriously, get a life.

Bet you have Velcro boots just I case you trip over you laces.

 

We always get done the job doesn't hang on the fact if they don't run the job goes over.

 

Just nice to see people on the ground working hard the guy rigging needs to be steady and work safe. The dragger surely can jog back empty handed.

 

Really don't see the issue

 

Hope they don't see this otherwise they will be on their hands and knees incase they fall over!
