After various little hold ups with the shipping company and customs, the new sawmill is finally here.

 

Had a truly lovely day to unpack the container (11 celcius, heavy drizzle) but it mercifully eased off by the time that we needed to start reassembling. Not too much to put back together, but me being very careful it still took a good 4-5hrs.

 

Anyway, I'll post more photos over the weekend as we're about to go out, but here are three for now. The chap who bought the Woodmizer picked it up today, so had the chance to get a couple of side by side shots, albeit we we're fully assembled yet on the Logmaster. Got a final 'publicity' shot with Kathryn sporting our spanking new Logmaster hats!

That trailer base set up looks very similar to a trailer I tow quite often. Did you have to get the brakes altered from original spec to get it UK legal?
