Not keeping your eye on the climber.

 

All sorts of injuries, verbal and physical. Caught the butt end of a maple limb with my collar bone when I wasn't looking up enough. That made me sit down for a while!

Only just turned 28 and every morning I struggle to bend down to get my socks on usually sit on the top of the stairs!! Once I get going im fine, its just first thing im stiff as hell.

2 crushed discs in my neck causes all sorts its like i,am wired up wrong pins n needles in my fingers right armshoulder and across to my lower back and down my left leg . Some mornings i cant get dressed or walk one leg in front of the other i walk like one off the woodentops i have to shuffle down stairs till i get un stiffed takes about 15 mins to loosen up etc also feel like my right foots got a tennis ball stuck in the arch

Ps iam looking at eating better grub been looking at certin foods that will help my probbs
