Rigging line out of reach

Hi guys,

iv been toying with the idea of creating something to allow you (the climber) to retrieve the rigging line when your a long way from the block/at the end of a limb. The usual solution would be to tie the rigging line on the climbers line if it can't be whipped to them. But I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a bit of kit that could allow you to retrieve it with out all the hassle. This would also enable you to retrieve it from the block, without moving, should a groundy accidentally send it to the top. I'll post pictures once iv got a prototype up and running. But for now, I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in using something like this at work?

Cheers

I tried one of those stein reach tools by the time I was set up and ready to go I went to use it and it had snapped in half !! Trim out a branch or tag line , tried and trusted.

The trouble with Stein gear is that it's all made by stein. As mike hill once said "friends don't let friends, use Stein"
