We are still analysing what went wrong here, and running through different scenarios about how we could have done it differently.

 

Lucky we walked away from it in one piece I suppose.

Brave staying up there as the piece went over. I know it must be a traumatic time considering the level of damage it caused. Just glad you're alright mate, could've been nasty.

Very funny, even the missus laughed when I showed her. I think you may of had the 'block' a little to low from the point of cut, thus having the section of wood fall to far before being slowed / lowered. All jokes aside, training providers need to pull their socks now your on the scene !
