Jnoon, sorry I hadn't read the whole thread and didn't realise the Iveco would be above budget.

All the advice given so far is good IMO, especially about getting a 4WD not 2WD.

New hilux can tow more than 2250kgs, I've had a ford ranger tipper and it went back 16 under warranty with in a year of being new. L200 s are thirsty and have a **** steering locks.

Best vehicles I have had are hiluxs and for delivering is aToyota Dyna. Carl

Mk 6 Hilux, current shape since 2005 is stated as being able to tow 2250kg by Toyota in their blurb, however, if you check the Plate it comes in at 2900kg.
