tips to burn fat!

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.

Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.

Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.

Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

Luckily I don't need such measures myself but what I've seen work very well for fat loss in others is power walking. The thinking goes that running has such a high energy requirement that your body can't convert fat into the required sugars so burns the sugars, not fat. But it can keep up the fat burning with a fast walk, thus preserving sugars for a fight or flight emergency.

It's all about heart rate no matter the exercise, think for the average person anything around 120-140ish bpm is the rate at which you burn fat. Anything higher especially 150+ is when you get a cardio workout and stop burning fat (fat people, to an extent, can be fit)

I'm doing the fasting thing at the mo, reduced calories on 2 days of the week, and about 30-40km a day on the exercise bike, I've lost 8lbs in about 5 weeks

I lose about 8lb every morning... ;)

Seriously though, the only real formulae to losing weight is to utile more calories than you intake. Stick with me fatties and soon you'll be skinny.

Oh, eat lots of chillies as this increases your metabolism.
