I never get why they ask arb companies to do this type of clearance work.

 

Obviously they are going to have machines in to dig out for hard standing and walkways. So why don't they just get the driver to rip everything out and level the ground.

 

I remember when building sites used to just push trees over and break them up into pieces for the hiab and truck to take away.

The amount of jobs I go to where the developers try and save felling costs and think the way forward is to flatten everything with a machine then drag it thru the mud and crap and stack it in every other direction and expect you to chip it. Job ends up turning into mulcher work as its too filthy to chip.

the site is going to be a huge outdoor conservatory showroom.

 

In that case 7-13 tonne 360 with rake, windrow at one end of the site as mulcher runs through it.

W dale and son at ripon have a large horizontal grinder chipper type thing that would destroy everything a 360 could feed into it or richard blaky from kirby with either tractor mounted mulcher or 15ton 360 with mulching head should deal with anything on your site and in your area

Just hire one of these. Although overheating is common when going through dusty brash. And air filter can get bunged up aswell.
