Timon when you are chogging down how have you got your ZZ configured?

I wondered if any one would spot it.

Bowline and Krab (gate always on the upper side) chokered back onto the mainline. In the event of having to get down quick it becomes an SRT escape line.

Any reason why not spliced eye krab chokered off? Have you tested your weight on that? I may have to steal that set up[emoji6]

I lost the splice ages ago when the rope got frayed. Just use a bowline and stopper as a termination now.

Zigzag grips and releases well on the single line but it obviously puts a lot more strain on it. I'd only use it to descend in an emergency.
