After the recent storms here I’ve finally mopped up the last of the windblown trees. 
This Oak is part of a boundary row and is the second one to go in the last six months. 
A combination of shallow soil on stone, water erosion and high winds.

I will be back tomorrow to dismantle the one closest to the house. 
All logs and chip staying on site.

That’s me in those shots mate.

Split the climbing with Von today.

 

Woodland centre for special needs adults where you’ve worked a few times.

 

Lucky to get the shots, we’re not allowed phones at work due to national security issues.

Lovely sequoia take down from this week. All went well, apart from the slinger from the crane company. He came up in the basket to help as they insisted on massive chains. Scared of heights and only been in the job 3 weeks 🤦‍♂️ 4t biggest lift.

No pics from work today.

Phones and pictures not acceptable due to working in Putin's house..

 

It was muddy and wet....

 

Some cutting done some chipping done..
