Should of said tree was damage by snow earlier in the year and is a screen from nosy neighbour.

Monday’s Horse Chestnut. It lost a large chunk in recent high winds. The remaining section was overhanging a 60mph Road. A couple of hours and half a load and she was down and cleared.
