Maybe its my age, maybe I’ve been subjected to H&S too much but if I drove round the corner to check on my lads and they were doing that I would have hit the ******* roof!

Totally agree, I wouldnt have hit the roof though, I would have sacked them on the spot. If you need that kind of adrenaline rush you should go snowboarding, not monkey around in the workplace.
