Very good Whitenoise:D no I'm not on Instagram Moose. Found another picture I took of the view of the Thames when I lived on a narrowboat at Kew Bridge.i woke up to this for about 6 months.

You should get on instagram as I like your photos. There's quite a few people on here who are on it. Don't forget to #arbtalk

I personally have a mug of boiled water and squeezed lemon juice first thing to help cleanse your liver.....takes a while to get used to.

I've been giving this a go for the last couple of mornings. A pint of hot water and lemon and two cups of tea (my usual) seems to produce 8, maybe 9 gallons of urine by about 12:00. What sorcery is this?! :bored:

Lovely!. It's not the way I like to role.

Work for me is about getting the job done properly, having a laugh when the time is right and treating ya work mates with respect (with a little bit of piss taking thrown into the mix).
