Make a great kids play house👍

Its a nosecone off a jetfighter

Client cut out the hole and used it as a playhouse for the litles ones who have now flown the nest. They wanted me to take it to the tip but I thought it is to good for that. Torn between using it for a useful secluded pooing unit in the woods or letting the little ones use it at a base up the woods. Not sure the missus would ever forgive me if i tried to tick both boxes?

Got given an 'Almost Arb Trolley' today.

My customer got it for £30 off ebay, expecting something much smaller. she says she can't use it so she gave it to me! Very nice.

I wondered if maybe some of you guys got one already?

It's like a huge sack barrow with extendable handles to about 8ft.

You can buy all sorts of gizmos for it and it can be used to lift out small stumps or fence posts. I've seen a video of it being used to lift a car at one end.

It's German (I think) called a Transportgerate by MW technics Michael Wolf.

I think a few hours fabrication with the welder and the world will be our limpet.

Not me but a work mate got a brand spanking surf board. A neat short board and exactly the kind of one I was on the look out for at the time. Apparently the customer brought it and decided surfing wasn't there cup of tea so just gave him the £400 board for free. Gutted I wasn't on the job with him, there may have been a fight over it though 😄

A customer at a hotel where I was a waiter gave me his weekend grandstand ticket to f1 at silverstone. He had come all the way from India, but the ticket didnt arrive at the hotel when it was meant to so he booked his flight back to India because he thought the ticket wasn't going to arrive before the race weekend (he was also missing his family). The ticket did eventually arrive on time but he had already booked his flight back so gave it to me, without wanting any money for them or anything.

We had spoken a few times during the week and he knew I was a big f1 fan. I'll never forget that and will always be grateful to him, hopefully one day I can do that to someone.
