Customer wants me to burn waste????

There are restriction on burning on farms. The one I go to will only burn if there is heavy cloud cover as they have been done before with satellite images as well

Take your points about chipping preferable but there's a 3ft deep ditch to cross so tad difficult.

 

As it's on owners site it's surely not classed as commercial waste as it's his own. I think the preferable option is to make it clear to farmer he is responsible for the fire from lighting it to ending it.

If you burn it (for money) then its YOUR comercial waste, if you leave it cos its not what you are gettign paid for then they can burn it as their own, grey area but not your problem.

Fine to burn on site if you ignore regs and insurance issues but you working in smoke which is tyring at the very least
