I agree but only because I've been studying pics of Blackcaps and Marsh Tits recently having seen the latter for the first time.

The Blackcap doesn't have that chinstrap; the Marsh Tit does.

Unlikely to be a Willow Tit; all but impossible to tell apart from a Marsh but much, much rarer.
