I have found that suddenly , this week , the feeders have not been hit quite so hard . More insects about possibly ?

The tits locally have forgotten how to peck through the foil. I suppose there are far less opportunities to learn now.

There use to be a crow on a shopping area that made a mobile phone sound was great watching people grab there phone and look at them. 

I remember in the late 60s early 70s a thing called a " trim phone " came out and starlings were mimicking it all over the place .

There used to be a blackbird around the site where my Dad was building their last house, it was forever making an old fashioned telephone ringing noise. It used to drive him mad apparently.
