Whats the weather like near you?

I'd forgotten all about those sand art pictures until I read this. I was fascinated by them for a while as a kid.

I might buy one now - "for my son".

Hmmmm I don’t believe so but can’t be 100% sure as it was a couple weeks ago. I do remember a thunderstorm in the distance on one night within a similar timeframe

The autumn colours are stunning. The maples all seem to go a spectacular shade of either gold or red. The aspens, birch and cherries have all turned now too. Makes for some wonderfully colourful cycle rides through the forest.

 

Just waiting for that here J . Not quite started yet .

I shall be spending some of my time today sorting out my two winter commuting bikes with studded tyres (one for road, one for gravel). 

Wet and windy here Jonathan but still 17 degrees .
