I am still struggling on ascent, the problem I have got is whatever hitch knot I try, when I'm going up using foot and hand ascender combo, the knot keeps jamming, pulling my neck

Elastic or chest harness down really hard, it's really annoying me, I don't know if it's just the cord and rope combo not helping, I use kernmaster and ocean poly 8mm, any suggestions will help many thanks

You have to remember about your weight being more or less totally on your hitch now, where as before it was spread across your hitch and termination side of your climbing line! What weight are you and have you tried amour Pruss or Yale beeline?
