FR Jones & Son, new saw are they any Good?

iv used justin (fr jones) quit a bit i must say iv had no problems with them.

they are a real helpful bunch of guys

i had a problem with a jobeau m400 i brought of them (with the battry) no problem phoned them up they looked into it 4 days later new battey

brought some boots off them sent them back after 3 months because there was a lump under the sole they sent them back to the manufacturer to be repeared 6-8 days later new pair of boots

the advice some of there bloke have giving me is great

they are a A1 servive and most of the stuff i order gets to me with in 24 hours

 

 

 

 

 

and because of the service i get off them i always go back

I suppose they're ok, but they have a few major issues to sort.

I drove down to them with one of my 4year-olds, as she was off school with chickenpocks and needed to use their toilet, it was not "customer friendly":sneaky2: (read: a bit minging)

 

But much more importantly, I was offered no tea, no coffee and most offensively: no cake!

 

Apart from that, friendly service, returns easily sorted when needed and very fast postage.

Had numerous dealings with F R Jones and out of all the other companies I've used over the years they are the best in terms of price and service....

 

Also they are more proactive in the bigger picture when they hosted their first show (paid for out of their own pocket).

Tree Man Tom, sorry you had a problem. I know the phone are busy, not sure why emails got ignored but we are changing all this when we move in January, the current phone system can't cope but the new one will no problem, and more staff to cope with the influx of new business. Feel free to PM me with what the problem was.

 

With response to the toilets and tea, the new toilets are lush, and the drinks machine was delivered today. You will have a choice of, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino, water and tomato, vegetable or chicken soup. Hope this is ok:001_smile:
