If you get a chance look at You Tube. Search under 2002 tree work or rbtree (sorry no good at links!) then the fell he does at 1.14.

 

Would anyone attempt it? No ropes or top removed. I know from looking at other cutters stumps round here they wouldn't leave any holding wood!!

 

i'd do it no worries, so long as the neighbourhood was destined for demolition anyway............:thumbup::thumbup:

Dropping the trees in the forest were no big deal. Falling the large Pine between the Two homes, a big deal. I believe they did a fine job for that shot. The last video segment was wrong esp. since the road was not coned off and parked cars were very close to where the tree was felled. No traffic control actually seen = Accidents waiting to happen.
