hi all

not sure if anyone has posted anything about this,but i would just like to say my thoughts go out to the familes of the 4 welsh miners who have lost their lives in a tragic accident

my dad was a miner for 22 years and when i was a kid i would hear him going out the front door some mornings and open the window to wave him off and would always think please come home

 

just goes to show that there are many dangerous jobs like tree work out there and thats all we want to do is a days work and come home to the family.

I cant begin to tell you how this disaster makes me feel, most of my uncles and cousins were miners it was a hard and dangerous job, i had an uncle that was in a collapse, he got some kind of recognition for digging some of his mates out despite his own injuries. RIP.
