Residential work ( noise )

as far as i am aware you may opperte machinery in a residential area from 8am-8pm BUT this is dependant on the noise levells created by the machine - personally we do not work any earlyer than 8 am and finnish by 6 pm ( unless we are on an emergency job ) if the job is an emergency then we tend to carry on cutting but keep chipper use to a minimum .

i have always thought 8am -8pm was good manners, after 8pm would be depending on the street and residents, i have seen me work until dark in the summer but i have been doing work for all the residents and it was summer holidays.:001_smile:

Weekends i wouldnt start till after 9am, i have been called alsorts but this is from people i have absolutelty no respect for the second they open their mouths and be abusive to myself or staff, rude impolite peolpe who think the world revolves around them.:sneaky2:

I have turned up to jobs before with a lot of kit and workers and left with out starting due to circumstances of nieghbours health etc. This has cost me money BUT some things are more important:001_cool:
