Everyone else has to knuckle down with it in the recession... why not them?

If they don't like their pay or massive holidays they should just get another job! :001_rolleyes:

They should think themselves lucky they're not in the real world:thumbdown:

What? so you think as a working class man who as worked all your working life for an instution such as the government or the local council, utility company and been promised decent terms and conditions plus a pension at the end of your service that its fair to have all these things ripped away from you just because weve had a recession...wake up mate.

Massive holidays, yeah right! My mrs is a teacher and works every night of the week doing lesson plans, marking etc, weekends she usually does marking for a few hours. Holidays well there is also work to be done then. If you add all her hours up in regard to her salary she ain't on that good a wage. People think they have it easy but that ain't the case.

Fair play to them, me mums a nurse frozen pay for 2 years, trying to change pension and quite often than not the only qualified on the ward due to cuts, yet they get bank staff in through an agency who charges a fortune :confused1:

Why shouldn't they strike :001_smile: good luck to them thats what i say.
