There are loads of guys who come into arb only a few become very good.

There are far fewer girls coming into arb so the chances of there being many very good ones is less, but I'm sure they are out there.

If there are fewer entering the Arb world then I would guess the %of those that make it is higher than for men.

Thanks for that - I've now got to clean my keyboard where I just spluttered with laughter all over it :lol::lol:

Most men are used to having to clean the keyboard!!

Yes, have climbed with her plenty of times, did some comp training with her, I'd like to think I helped her improve some skills but I think she had them all already. Say hi to her from me.

Hey, woah woah there. This has got a little out of hand!

My comments were in no way meant to be serious and come across sexist or anything such like.

I have nothing against women working as arborists at all :thumbup1:

I think, because the job of an Arborist comes across to be a very manly, dangerous and hard grafting job, so you don't see many women in the industry and thats true... because the majority of women are not into this kind of thing?

But, you should never underestimate a woman, and I'm sure there are great female arborists out there... I don't know of any but I'd love to!

The lady I was referring to in my first comment as being 'useless'... she's not useless, shes much more flexable, light and limber than many of us and shes faster than a blinkin squirrel!

Don't take offense to anything I've said, I was purely messing around and being a bit sarcastic. I apologise to you all!

perhaps we could discuss this more if you manage to turn up for a class or two at collage:sneaky2:
