seriously I interviewed one and she would of put most of the applicants to shame but sadly had a much more qualified and experienced guy apply.

How about Josephine Hedger she is the current 2010 Female World Tree Climbing Champion.

She lives in sway, Hampshire and works for a training company called arborventure.

Bloody good climber, puts alot of people to shame.

 

What is she like working in a tree though? ;) she can climb a tree but is she ALL SWING NO KA-CHING? :001_tt2:

and I'm only messing, I'm sure shes got some skills, being world climbing champion

Was going to start this thread today....because......ive got a 21 year old girl started with me yesterday...show promise of becoming the best groundie ive had for a long time.

 

at 21 she is not a girl anymore
