Cordless drills, opinions?

milwaukee......curently the best on the market, 4ahbatteries, new version comes with 5ah, and theyve just released a new 9ah heavy duty battery in the states, the drills are as powerfull as mains ones and the screww guns bang in 100mm screws all day

Dont import one from the states, the chargers work on a different frequency (hz) and they slowly burn out when used over here.

I've been using a Milwaukee M18 fuel drill for a while now, done loads of jobs with it - it's superb and the 4amp batteries last ages before needing a recharge.

 

Also got the Milwaukee M18 Fuel 190mm circular saw; that's also an excellent bit of kit. cheers, Steve

I have been using a Milwaukee M18 Fuel 1/2"dr impact wrench for the last couple of years an can't fault it. I was a great cynic of cordless impact wrenches prior to buying this and it has totally changed my mind. It is staggeringly good!

 

I will be replacing my other cordless tools with Milwaukee as and when funds permit.

Makita for me, my dad has Milwaukee and they are just as good but have the slight advantage of the battery level light being on each battery, not the tool.

I use 18v Bosch. It also has battery indicator lights on the batteries. Done tons of eco plugging with it. Drilled into brick etc no probs
