With the weather the way it is at the moment I thought I'd pass this on. My uncle works on a trawler off the coast of Wales and he's told me that they just get a little bit of marmite and peanut butter, mix together really well and then rub into hands as if it was a cream or lotion thing that woman use, not real thick if you know what i mean! Something to do with all the oils keeps the cold out big time and also stops them from cracking! Amazing and cheap!

 

There are significant allergy issues here…………….Some people can’t even be in the same room as marmite

I think that tale is a bit like sending the new boy to the stores for a long weight!!

 

Have you actually seen them with PB&M on their hands? No, cos they are out at sea, thats convenient! Its a wind up, he's waiting for you to come back to him and say it didn't work very well before he PHSL!!!
