I am a real bad sleeper now . Up until I had kids I could sleep 8-10 hrs dependent on the amount of beer consumed . Now at the age of 62 I need to fall asleep within 10 - 15 mins of going to bed . If that happens then great I might get 4 or 6 hrs . if I get woken any time after those first 15 mins then I am awake for the rest of the night . If a cockroach farts a mile away I am awake . I don't get much sleep these days .

Since we had the last lot of problems around here during the night I have slept less and less, I now wake up at the slightest noise and just lay in bed for hours with crap going around in my head.

I worked out I am getting about 3 hours a night on average and feel shattered.
