same as everyone mate, lots of respect for posting, i found a lump last year, was as nervous as hell about going to the quack, all was ok, just a cyst, theres not enough info on this unless you look for it, if your worried get to the docs, u aint got nothing he hasnt seen before!!!!!!!!! good luck with the op mate
