this story is a fiction.

 

Little johny tree surgeon has all his quals, tickets and does everything by the book. He would rather go home with pride than a big wad of cash. He doesnt live an extravagant lifestyle but he and his wife are happy in their caravan in the woods.

 

One day Johnys wife takes ill and there is nothing that the doctors can do and johny is helpless and has to watch his wife suffer in agony. Word of this gets about and he gets a call from a local land owner who says if he comes over and does some work for him he will give him a new wonder drug he has made and it will save his wifes live.

 

Johny tells his wife this and she says no, we have our pride. Another 2 weeks go by and his wife hasnt got long so johny sneaks out behind his wifes back and goes and does the job for the landowner, it involves topping 10 large sycamores with no branches forthe first 70 feet and they must be done in 1 hour before it gets light as they are not his trees and they have a TPO, johny goes into his bag and blows the dust off his spikes and up he goes, bish bash bosh, 10 mins lates johny has the wonder drug and the landowner has a peachy view of the sea.

 

Johny goes home and sneaks the magic potion into his wifes tea and hopes for the best. The next morning johny wakes up to the sound of singing and here is his wife dancing naked in the blue bells out side their caravan shouting ' its a miracle '. Johny is over the moon.

 

A week passes and the local TO is at the caravan door with video evidence of Johny topping the trees, cause it was dark and he was in a rush they are scraped to bits and full of tears and he has a court summons and the sherrifs officer.

 

Johny is now infront of the judge his wife has moved in with her mother because johny lied to her.

 

The defence lawyer tells the story and the jury all are crying and its looking great for johny, he looks back intot he gallery and here is the wife looking great and all forgiving. Things are looking great for johny.

 

but whats this, the 10 heads of the topped trees landed on a road and an ambulance couldnt get to save someones life and they died, oh no johny is doomed. The dury arent crying anymore.

 

Mr TO is called to the stand who rants and raves about the poor trees and the evil landowner and the death of the poor other person. Johnys lawyer stands up and says, you put the TPO on the trees, you forced the land owners hand who in turn forced johnies hand who has a perfect tree cutting history its you fault for causing the death of the poor other poerson, they are only 10 self seeded sycamores afterall.

the land owner saved Johnies wifes live who happened to be pregnant and her daughter became one of the world leading brain surgeons though:001_rolleyes:
