Excuse any ignorance on my part Chris, for I have not diggested the whole of this thread, but..............

Isn't the bestowement of choice too random in application and outcome for devine design, surely this is more akin to the work of something basically more sinister and self serving.

Where is the suffering childs free will?

 

In your earlier post you said that god has a hand in your life, so he can act if he wishes, so he chooses not to help the child who has no knowledge of god and so could not ask for his help.....is this fair? or a loving way to act?
