Hadders, that was most helpful. I think.

 

Jamie, flyes are for girls breasts. I don't shave my chest yet. Why would I add more plates myself, for Gods sake? That's what my minions are for. Do you think I may be going too far by having them feed me grapes, though?:001_tt2:

 

thats where you're going wrong, you're trying to eat at the same time. how about ditching the presses and trying heavy finger rolls, develop some real good finger strength

I was told by a fit lad in the gym many years ago that the excersise ( dont know what its called ) were you lie on your back on the bench, hold one dumbell with both hands above your chest and then lower it down behind your head then bring back above your chest increases benching weight. From what your benching I would say use a 32kg dumbell.

There are a lot of theories on big benching, including partial range stuff (board work), upper back work and tricep work. I always found that close grip benching (though not too close - just inside shoulder width, ensuring elbows stay tucked into your sides) gave me the biggest gains.
